After founding New York Craft Malt in 2012 I started roasting malt with a re-purposed rotisserie grill. As our product list and client base grew we knew we needed to grow as well. I worked with Yingtai Machinery Equipment Co, Ltd. to develop an economical option for malt roasting equipment with a 200 kg stainless steel drum and fully automated controls.

Receive a commercial estimate that outlines deliverables, ongoing support & itemized list of what equipment is included.
Each roasting system is first designed to fit your building's floor plan, utilities available, and what goals you want to accomplish.
We will provide floor plan drawings to scale to ensure the system fits where you want it.
Each sale includes unlimited support with setup, start-up, recipes, and one-on-one training.
Other services can include onsite supervision of unloading, assembly, initial start-up & testing of the complete roasting system.
